I don’t share things early very often… but this one felt worth pausing for.

I’ve been given the chance to quietly test something new before it’s released, and this week I’m opening a small beta group.

Lately, I’ve been paying attention to how much I value:
• steady energy
• clear focus
• feeling more in control of my appetite

This isn’t a challenge or a long-term program.
Just early access to try something and share honest feedback.

I only have a limited amount, so I’m having a few personal conversations.

Cheesy Smashed Broccoli Recipe!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions:
1. Steam the broccoli until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
2. SautƩ garlic in olive oil until golden.
3. Add broccoli to the pan and smash it gently with a fork, mixing in the garlic.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
