We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Site Supervisor / Nurse Practitioner to join Two Roads Wellness Clinic in Champaign, Illinois. This full-time (36 hours per week), in-person role is a great fit for someone who believes healthcare can be better and wants to help lead meaningful change in a more relational, whole-person model of care.
In this role, you’ll care for patients while also leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team. We’re hoping to connect with someone who loves the Champaign community, values genuine connection, and is ready to step away from rushed, conventional care into a setting with more time, more support, and more purpose. The position calls for an Illinois-licensed APRN with at least 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
