MYTH: You have to believe every thought you think.
BUSTED: Not even close.

We have thousands of thoughts every day and some of them are biased, outdated or just plain untrue. Thoughts aren’t facts… they’re more like passing clouds. At HopeSprings, we believe in learning to notice your thoughts without letting them take over. You can pause, question them and choose what’s actually helpful and true.

Try this today: When a negative thought pops up, ask yourself—“Is this fact or just a feeling?” You might be surprised how much lighter things feel when you don’t believe everything your mind says.

As we near the end of another week, take a moment to pause and reflect. Notice the progress you’ve made—big or small—and give yourself credit for showing up. Growth isn’t always loud; sometimes it’s found in quiet resilience, in choosing to keep going, and in caring for yourself along the way.

Take a breath, carry the good with you, and step into the weekend with intention and a little extra grace. And know that if you are experiencing something difficult in your life, we can help.

Tax Day is here—and for many, it brings more than just paperwork. It brings pressure, worry, and a whole lot of stress.

In fact, nearly half of U.S. adults say tax season is the most stressful financial time of the year. If that sounds like you, take a moment to remember this: your well-being matters more than any deadline.

At HopeSprings, we want you to take care of you—especially today. 💙

Try this:
✨ Break it down — tackle one small step at a time
✨ Take real breaks — step away, breathe, reset
✨ Give yourself grace — filing an extension is okay
✨ Care for your body — rest, move, and nourish yourself
✨ Protect your peace — make space for things that bring you joy

And if it all feels like too much, please don’t carry it alone. Reach out to someone you trust—a friend, family member or professional. Support is here, and you deserve it.

Today is , a reminder that caring for our health means caring for the whole person—mind, body and spirit. At HopeSprings, we see every day how important it is to have a safe space to talk, heal, and grow. Mental health is just as vital as physical health, and no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Whether it’s learning to manage stress, working through difficult emotions, or simply having someone who listens without judgment, support can make all the difference.
Today—and every day—we encourage you to check in with yourself and with those around you. A small moment of care can be the start of something powerful.

Sometimes, the smallest seeds grow the most powerful stories. 🌱

When HopeSprings therapist Jennifer opened an unexpected email, she found herself moved to tears—reading an update from a former client whose journey had come full circle in the most beautiful way. What started as a tiny seed of hope has grown into a story of resilience, healing and determination. This is a story about doing the hard work. About setbacks and breakthroughs. About finding strength where there once was uncertainty. We can’t wait to share it with you:

Friday Food for Thought

Remember, some thoughts are just noise—old worries, self-doubt or stories your mind replays on repeat. They may be loud, but that doesn’t make them true… and it doesn’t mean you have to follow them.

You get to choose what you give your energy to.

Pause. Notice the thought. Then ask yourself: Is this helpful? Is this kind? Is this true? If not, let it pass—like a cloud moving through the sky.

Today, protect your peace by being mindful of what you hold onto. Not every thought is worth your time.

March Madness is here—and while the brackets may be unpredictable, one thing is certain: life has its share of buzzer-beaters, timeouts and comeback moments. 🏀

At HopeSprings, we often remind people that mental health works a lot like a basketball game. You don’t have to play the whole game alone. Good teammates matter. Coaches help guide the strategy. And sometimes you need to call a timeout to regroup and catch your breath.

Therapy can be that timeout—a space to reset, refocus and build the skills you need to move forward with confidence.

Whether you’re navigating stress, big life changes or just feeling off your game lately, support can make all the difference. Because the strongest players know when to ask for help.

This March, remember: it’s okay to pause, regroup and come back stronger. Your comeback story matters. 💙

Happy Hump Day… even if the clocks are still confusing us. ⏰😅

Daylight Saving Time has a way of making the week feel a little longer and the mornings a little harder. If you’re feeling the “Daylight Savings blues,” you’re definitely not alone.

Take a deep breath today. Step outside for a little sunshine if you can. Drink some water, grab another cup of coffee, and give yourself a little grace. Adjusting takes time—for people of all ages.

Midweek is a good reminder that small resets matter. A quick walk, a kind word, a moment of quiet… it all helps.

We’re halfway to the weekend. You’ve got this!
