Advice Fast is dedicated to creating a new social norm of people taking good care of their mental health and relationships. Jim Klotzle, MA, LMFT is interested in helping others overcome the barriers to mental health services and understanding what true health looks like in our thoughts, bodies, emotions and relationships. Jim is the creator of the "12 Principles for Life" series of talks, and the free "12 Principles Life Empowerment" groups.
