Goal setting, for me, starts with reflection, not resolutions.

I sit down and ask myself: How much did I grow personally and professionally? What am I proud of? What do I want to keep doing? What needs to be released?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then comes my favorite part: the visualization exercise.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead of listing what I want to DO, I focus on what I want to FEEL more of this year and what actions will help me get there.

This approach leads to goals that feel aligned, not forced. 💗
