Ever feel like something’s off, but you can’t quite put your finger on it?

Let’s talk about something we don’t hear enough about.

Testosterone (yes, women need it too)

It plays a huge role in:

✨ motivation
✨ confidence
✨ muscle building

Did you know that our testosterone levels start to decline after our thirties? When this happens, many women report feeling low in energy and in a flat mood.

What happens when testosterone is high? High testosterone can lead to symptoms like acne, hair loss, and irregular periods.

Most women I talk to?

They’re actually on the lower side

Finding that sweet spot is essential to feeling good.

So what can you do to support it naturally?
👉 Lift weights (this is non-negotiable)
👉 Build muscle (this is your metabolism insurance as you age)
👉 Eat enough protein (this is where most women fall short)

If you’re not eating enough protein, your body literally doesn’t have the building blocks to create muscle.

Which means:
❌ slower metabolism
❌ more fatigue
❌ harder time getting strong and toned

A good goal?
👉 At least 30g of protein per meal
