Created by the kiddos, for the kiddos. A little box of fun, trading, sharing, and surprises tucked near their favorite place to play. The kids asked for a place to share treasures, so we listened. "Serai Reenay is a certified yoga instructor, meditation guide, and sound healing practitioner specializing in trauma-informed, body-led healing. With a focus on somatic movement, and strength-based modalities, she weaves together modern fitness and ancient remembrance in every offering.

Currently pursuing her B.S. in Counseling and Applied Psychological Science at Arizona State University, Serai her goal is to create an clinically accepted integrative approach that blends movement, energy healing, and soul psychology to help others reconnect with their bodies, stories, and inner wisdom. Her classes are soulful, inclusive, and designed to support nervous system repair, core activation, and spiritual awakening — especially for Black women and neurodivergent beings."

Working as a provider is sacred and heavy. Rest does not take away from your purpose, it protects it.

This week, we're focusing on rest. We honor rest as a form of strength. It is a part of the work. It restores clarity, compassion, and presence. We are leaning into rest as a necessity, not as something you earn but something you deserve.
