1. Babies belong on the floor 🌿

Put them on the floor! Free and open play is critical for their motor development. Putting babies in bouncers/chairs and other devices can be detrimental if not done sparingly or at correct developmental times.

2. Crawling is one of the MOST important milestones.

Crawling is a critical milestone that helps the left and right brain communicate, improve coordination, spatial awareness and problem solving skills. We do NOT want to go straight to walking. Skipping crawling can cause missed reflex integrations.

3. Do not put shoes on your babies that do not support their natural anatomical foot.

For real. Small toe boxes and inflexible shoes are 🚩. Kiddos should really be barefoot. If they need shoes, make sure they are a brand that is supportive of anatomy and is flexible (not rigid).

4. Get your babies adjusted REGULARLY.

They are constantly going through change. Supporting physical, chemical and emotional changes will lead to a healthier life 🙌🏼
