When inquiring about massage, if you don’t know which Massage type you would most benefit from, then I will ask them this, “of the 2 images below, which of those best describes what you are looking to get out of your Massage?”

If uncertainty arises, a brief discussion about your daily routine, including work and home activities. This helps me understand your physical needs and determines the most suitable massage type for you. For those who are new to massage, I typically recommend starting with a Swedish Massage ONLY if you have never had a Massage before. This allows me to gauge pressure during your session.

Your feedback is always crucial. During your session ,you will be asked questions such as "Is the pressure ok for you”, or “ Does the pressure feel like it’s too much”, And lastly “Would you prefer more pressure at this time, or are we good right where we are at?” These questions are asked so that I can make sure that you are getting the most out of your massage for every single minute you are on my table.
