Clients are seen twice per week, combining targeted body slimming and sculpting with recovery focused enhancement days. This approach allows the body to be supported from multiple angles, including circulation, recovery, and overall balance.
The program also includes bi-weekly nutrition coaching, because lasting results don’t come from treatments alone. Addressing habits, inflammation, stress, and recovery is a key part of the process.
