Back On Track Chiropractic is a wellness facility that has been serving families in the east valley for the last 19 years. Our focus is on educating our patients how to live the most vibrant healthy life. We offer different types of modalities in our office that is meant to give our patients the best possible results. We offer relief from many different types of conditions including but not limited to back pain, headaches, carpal tunnel, bulging and herniated discs, sciatica, shoulder pain, foot pain and more. We offer everything from chiropractic, decompression therapy, massage , low tech rehab as well as free educational classes for our patients ranging from core strengthening , chair yoga, nutrition and so much more.
