Naboso Technology

Naboso Technology Naboso Technology is a material science company that develops sensory products that optimise the way people move, feel & live.

Movement is life, Life is sensory! Feet are the unsung heroes of the human body. They not only bring us places and endure each and every step we take, but they also set the stage for the rest of our movements and how we feel performing them. Because of this, we see feet—not as a means to an end, but as a means to mastering movement. At Naboso we manufacture Insoles, Mats & Flooring that are design

ed to uniquely stimulate the nerves in the bottom of the feet. When stimulated, the nerves in our feet communicate to the brain about the surface terrain, impact forces and help to maintain balance or stability. Everyone from athletes and weekend warriors to people who stand for work or have balance issues, can benefit from our products. The future of movement science is here - and it begins with your feet!

Nerves need movement too.

When nerves become irritated, compressed, or restricted by surrounding tissue, they can lose their ability to glide smoothly through the body. This may contribute to sensations like tightness, tingling, burning, numbness, or movement restriction.

One of the ways I like to support healthy nerve mobility is through soft tissue release + sensory stimulation using the Neuro Stick.

By helping release tension in the surrounding fascia and musculature, we can create a better environment for the nerves to move freely.

Think of it as supporting the pathway so the nerve can glide the way it was designed to.

Use it as part of your mobility routine, warm-up, or recovery practice to complement nerve flossing and restore better movement quality.

Because healthy movement isn’t just about muscles and joints…it’s also about the nervous system.

A bunion is often thought of as “just a bump” on the side of the foot—but it’s much more than that.

A bunion is a progressive change in the alignment of the big toe joint, where the big toe begins to drift inward and the first metatarsal shifts outward. Over time, this can create the visible prominence many people notice.

But bunions are not simply cosmetic. They often reflect a combination of:

✔️ foot mechanics
✔️ repetitive loading patterns
✔️ footwear compression
✔️ reduced toe function
✔️ genetics + tissue adaptability

The big toe plays a critical role in balance, propulsion, and walking efficiency—so when its alignment changes, movement often changes too.

The key is not just treating the bump…
It’s understanding the movement story behind it.

I love and one of my favourite is:

Brushing your teeth 🦷 while releasing your feet 🦶

I tell my patients to do this every morning & every evening. What makes this even more perfect is the 5 point Neuro Ball release takes 2 min - the recommended duration to brusb your teeth.

If a performer like is on their feet for hours, they’re thinking about recovery - because it’s not optional.

Toe spacers are one of those “behind the scenes” tools that make a real difference for dancers, athletes, and anyone logging a ton of steps. They help create space, reset the foot after narrow footwear, and support alignment when your feet are under constant demand.

Why Splay 2.0 stands out:
• Comfortable enough to use consistently
• Supportive correction without feeling aggressive
• Built to help restore natural toe alignment and relieve foot fatigue

Whether you’re training, performing, traveling, or just trying to keep your feet happier day to day - this is an easy add.

Your feet carry tension you don’t even realize you’re holding.

This 5-point Neuro Ball release as demonstrated by is designed to stimulate the nerves in the bottom of the feet while improving tissue glide and sensory clarity.

Target these 5 zones:
1️⃣ Heel
2️⃣ Lateral arch
3️⃣ Medial arch
4️⃣ Ball of the foot
5️⃣ Big toe / hallux line

Slow pressure.
Steady breath.
Intentional awareness.

This isn’t just about “rolling.”
It’s about restoring signal from the ground up.

When the feet feel more, the body responds better.
Try it before a workout for activation
or at night to reset and recover.

Move better. From the ground up. Naboso.com

The Naboso Mat is one of those products people try once - and then wonder how they ever trained or worked without it.

It’s designed to wake up the nervous system through the feet, giving your brain clearer sensory input so balance, posture, and movement feel more organized. Use it during warm-ups, rehab, desk breaks, or any time you want to feel more grounded.

Why it’s become a staple for so many people:
• Textured surface stimulates the sensory nerves in the feet
• Supports better body awareness, balance, and stability
• Great for daily standing, mobility work, and recovery routines

If you’ve been curious what the buzz is about, this is your sign.

Not all “toe splay” situations are the same.

For some people it’s years of narrow shoes and compressed toes.
For others it’s fatigue from training, long standing days, or a foot that’s doing too much work without enough support.

The goal isn’t perfect-looking toes - it’s restoring space, alignment, and function so your feet can do their job without fighting for it.

That’s why we love Splay 2.0:
• Designed for improved comfort, enhanced correction, and durability
• Helps gently restore natural toe alignment and relieve foot fatigue
• Supports better movement from the ground up

Strong feet are built with a few simple inputs done consistently. Here are 3 that actually move the needle:

1) Short foot (foot doming)
One of the most effective ways to train the small stabilizers that support the arch - especially when you’re dealing with weakness and collapse.

2) Single-leg training
Balance work forces the foot, ankle, and hip to coordinate. Start easy, progress slowly, and stay honest with control.

3) Barefoot stimulation
Your feet need sensory feedback to organize better movement. More input = better awareness and cleaner control.

Want one tool that supports all three?
The Neuro Ball is an easy daily go-to for foot stimulation and tissue release - before training, after training, or as part of your “keep my feet happy” routine.

Our Story

Naboso™ Technology is a health and wellness company focused on developing products that restore function and improve movement with barefoot stimulation and sensory science.

INNOVATING NEURO REHABILITATION

Balance impairment is a common symptom in patients living with chronic neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's, post-stroke and peripheral neuropathy. From an increased fall risk to reduced independence, compromised dynamic stability can place a heavy emotional burden on these patients and their families.

One of the most effective, yet highly under-utilized, ways to improve dynamic stability in these patients is to focus on optimizing sensory stimulation of the feet. Touch, whether it be the hands or feet, creates an access point between the environment and the brain to better control movement coordination and improve posture.
