✨The collagen paradox ✨

We been taught that injury equals collagen. Puncture it, peel it, damage it and then call it “regenerative”

Here’s the truth that most people aren’t ready to hear,
🚨Collagen created through injury is not the same as collagen created through support🚨

repeated mechanical and thermal trauma leads to shorter stiffer, collagen, fibers, increased, inflammation in the dermis, long-term thinning and reactivity, and skin that becomes dependent on damage to look good. The treatments used to build collagen slowly under mine. It’s quality and longevity.

I don’t believe that skin has to be injured to be firm.
I believe in providing the body vitamins, minerals, and natural resources to regenerate collagen. Healing not harming, longevity over quick tightening.
