Here is the view from the top of Dobbins Lookout at South Mountain. Its a moderate climb, about 4 miles in and out from the base of the Holbert trailhead. Even so, if you're not up for the hike, you can drive to the top and the views are stunning. Get out there and enjoy our amazing winter weather! 😁

Waiting until you have symptoms before getting adjusted is like trying patch a boat at sea that already has a hole in it. As long as the problem isn't advanced, you'll more than likely be able to save yourself from sinking, but it's so much harder than just being proactive. That's why regular adjustments, even when you're "feeling good", are so important. Many conditions can progress for weeks, months, or even years, before you develop symptoms. So take care of yourself now. Don't wait until you're falling apart. 👍
