Lunch break reset 🌿

Stepped outside today for my daily walk, soaking in the green grass, sunshine, and a few deep breaths between patients. As I rounded the corner and walked past our building, it hit me all at once… we actually did this!

What started as a vision, countless late nights, hard decisions, and a whole lot of faith is now something real that we get to show up for every single day. Feeling grateful, grounded, and so proud of how far we’ve come.

And truly, thank you to everyone who believed in us from the beginning and to those who continue to trust us with your health and wellness. Your support, your referrals, and your encouragement mean more than you know. We don’t take it for granted. 💚
