It took me almost 365 days to get all of the check offs I needed to complete my 200 -hour yoga teacher training, and there were many times I wanted to scrap it all and just quit.

Receiving my certificate in the mail today felt so dam good and was a reminder that pushing past my own complaints, my own doubts, my own inner Debbie downer IS ALWAYS the right thing to do.

Screw your inner Debbie downer too. 👊🏼
