Last weekend we transformed my dad’s property into a wedding venue for Jared’s oldest daughter, Simone, and her high school sweetheart, Lucas. 👰♀️🤵
When Simone asked me early on to be part of the wedding planning, it made me feel really special to be included in that way. What I didn’t realize at the time was how much all the planning, creating, and problem-solving together over the past few months would bring us closer.
For that, I’m incredibly thankful. Even though Jared and I aren't married, I love his kids so much like they are my own.
Watching Simone’s vision come to life was inspiring. Honestly, it felt like a proud-mom moment for me. ❤️

Also, the ENERGY that 20-year-olds bring to a dance floor is absolutely insane.
My dad might need to start a wedding venue business.
And my boyfriend is sexy AF. I think we need more dance lessons .
