Since April of 2018, I’ve been on an incredible journey of growth and transformation through Life Activation healing. Looking back, I’m in awe of how far I’ve come—not just as a healer and wellness advocate, but as a person.

Life Activation was the catalyst that awakened something profound within me. It opened the door to deeper self-awareness, renewed purpose, and a more profound connection to my true self. Through this powerful healing, I found the strength to face my own pain, release what no longer served me, and step into my power with grace and resilience.

This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every moment of self-discovery. I’ve learned to embrace my imperfections, trust my intuition, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace within. Yesterday, I decided to get a little festive and whip up that delicious Green Nourishing Bowl I shared! It was not only packed with vibrant greens and fresh flavors but also gave me such an energy boost. The combination of quinoa, avocado, crunchy veggies, and that creamy green goddess dressing was pure magic!

It felt so good to treat my body to something wholesome and satisfying—especially I’m definitely keeping this one on repeat.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone! Celebrate the day with a burst of green energy by indulging in our Green Nourishing Bowl—a vibrant, nutrient-packed meal that’s as delightful as it is healthy. This bowl is brimming with fresh greens, wholesome grains, and a luscious green goddess dressing to keep you feeling lucky and revitalized.

Green Nourishing Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
• Base:
• 2 cups baby kale
• 1 cup spinach leaves
• 1 cup cooked quinoa (for a protein boost)
• Toppings:
• 1/2 cup steamed edamame or green peas
• 1 small avocado, sliced
• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/2 green apple, diced (for a hint of sweetness)
• A handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
• A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Green Goddess Dressing:

Why I Choose Arbonne

I am a child of the 70’s I was raised in a time when things were clean and pure. My mom would never allow me to wear makeup because she said it cause wrinkles. And she insisted that sugar was bad, as a kid we hated that but we learned how tolerate it. I grew up learning how to cook and eat healthy, but as time changed so did I. I gave in just like all everyone else, eating fast food on the go because of having no time. The world changed too!! McDonald’s became a household name, the FDA say they regulate things but economy is more important. Our food has become toxic. My daughter also struggles with her weight, high blood pressure and diabetes runs in my family. I made a choice to start eating healthy again starting out by shopping from local farmers and cooking my own meals again.
