Tyler’s Place is a social center for individuals with developmental disabilities in Chandler serving the East Valley.

We have a day program for adults and an after school program for teenagers. DDD funded but private pay is also available. Home & Community Based Services
Our agency is a qualified vendor for habilitation, respite and attendant care. These services represent a comprehensive intervention with the goal being to support and maintain all family members in their own home. Let our well trained staff help by providing the person centered care that our Members deserve. Our Mission
To provide individuals with developmental disabilities a welcoming place where they can improve the quality of their lives by interacting with peers, enjoying recreational activities and working on critical life skills so they may become the best versions of themselves. Our Inspiration
We founded Tyler’s Place in honor of our son who was diagnosed with autism at age 2 and is now a young adult. When he entered high school, we searched for the right after school program and struggled to find something that was both age appropriate and safe. Frustrated with our empty search, and knowing we are not the only parents struggling with this, we decided to open our own facility for special needs teenagers. After quickly realizing it wasn’t just teenagers who could use our help, our original vision has grown to include a day program for adults as well. It is important to us that everyone have a place to go during the day or after school where they can feel welcome, nurtured and cared for.

This weekend reminded us just how strong our community truly is.

On Friday evening, Tyler's Place hosted our 6th Annual Halloween Carnival, and the turnout was absolutely incredible! We saw some fantastic costumes out there, too! We're so thankful to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, or helped make the event a success-your support means the world to us!

Today, our Tyler's Place Troopers proudly participated in the for Autism. It was a wonderful morning filled with teamwork, laughter, and shared purpose. Together, we walked to celebrate inclusion and raise awareness for individuals with autism.
