As a trauma therapist, I understand it is difficult to sit with the uncomfortable moments and feelings. Bringing awareness is an important part of healing and Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy, but mindfulness can be tricky. Yoga has taught me invaluable lessons that I bring into my practice as a therapist.
