Are you a passionate, experienced aesthetician looking to grow your career and partner with a dynamic beauty professional? I’m seeking a licensed aesthetician who specializes in lashes, brow-lamination, and lash lifts, and is eager to collaborate and grow together.

About the Role:
This is a part-time, contractor partnering position with flexible hours to be discussed during the interview. You and I will be the only professionals working at Aries Beauty & Wellness, sharing the same room in a peaceful, spa-like environment. The right candidate can bring some of their own clientele, but must be open to actively promoting themselves and growing their client base. I will not be providing clients; you need to be a go-getter!

What I am Looking For:
You must hold valid and current licenses in esthetics, lash extensions, brow-lamination, and lash lift. I require at least three, or more years of professional experience in the beauty industry, with skills in lash extensions, brow-lamination, and lash lifts. Experience with social media marketing and promoting your work is a plus.

The ideal candidate is professional, with excellent communication skills, drama-free, loyal, and punctual. You should be customer service-oriented, friendly, and a true people person with a bubbly personality and positive attitude. Maintaining a clean, organized, and non-smoking environment is essential. Bilingual candidates are welcome, but not required.

I am looking for someone with a vision and an open-minded attitude. A spiritual, but non-religious mindset, open to growth and positivity, is important. No drugs, please! This position is perfect for someone motivated, hardworking, and eager to share a space with a like-minded professional, with a shared vision for growth.
