Leading the Intelligent Body Pilates Studio for the last 25 years has been my greatest honor, reward and challenge. Some of you have watched me get married, have a child, survive a significant health crisis, grow a family, a home and a business. You have been my clients, collaborators and friends. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this experience.
With tremendous excitement for the future mixed with the sadness that can come with change, it is time for my next adventure.
As I restart my business at LIFE TIME FITNESS, HIGHLAND PARK, MN, your referrals have never been more important. Your network of friends, family and colleagues could very well exist in the St. Paul area and I welcome the opportunity to be introduced to them and guide them along a Pilates and wellness path. Yup. Two hours a week of Pilates is not enough to unwind the other umpteen hours we spend sitting and standing still while toiling over a computer, phone, steering wheel or kitchen counter. Results require the investment of time.
