As a child, both Shawn and Renae learned nothing about nutrition, portion control, nor did they have any boundaries when it came to food. For Shawn, many breakfasts consisted of chocolate cake or some other desserts, and Renae would have cereal if anything. Every evening it was 3 scoops of ice cream for Shawn and Renae would not eat often due to the stereotypical mindset that women shouldn’t eat. In Shawn’s case, he was doomed to follow in the footsteps of his parents So, he tried sports. Unfortunately, Shawn could not excel due to poor nutrition and being out of shape, but childhood sports at least kept him away from childhood obesity. Instead, he would be “chunky”, “husky”, or “big-boned” throughout his childhood and teen years. In Renae’s case, under-eating kept her young fast metabolism burning off any body fat.

Stop being so sensitive‼️

Your circle of friends or family may be worried about all the stress you’re dealing with. “Go to the gym” or “go for a run” is a reply from someone who loves you enough to offer helpful feedback, and not watch you continue to suffer through a hard time.
It’s also scientifically proven to combat stress levels, and improve your mood.
Had a bad day, go workout
Life giving you a hard time, go for a run
Feeling depressed, go hit the weights.

Early on in my coaching career, I worked with clients who were struggling with mental health challenges—but I didn’t fully grasp the depth of impact my program could have.

Ham, turkey, salami, bacon, hot dogs — they may be convenient, but processed deli meats come with serious health consequences.

🔴 Why they’re dangerous:
• High in nitrates & nitrites → linked to increased cancer risk
• Loaded with sodium → raises blood pressure & water retention
• Highly inflammatory → disrupts gut health & hormone balance
• Poor protein quality → slows fat loss & recovery
• Preservatives stress the liver & cardiovascular system

What you eat repeatedly becomes your biology.
