💛 Apr. 18 | MDA SAC Relay - It’s time…teams of 6 will take on the Strength & Conditioning Assessment—one exercise at a time, one teammate at a time. Every rep supports the MDA Be Their Muscle Campaign, helping us raise funds and awareness for an incredible cause💙
