The ACHN works with doctors, hospitals, and medical testing facilities in the community. These specialists provide specialty care at low/no cost to our patients. The ACHN coordinates appointments, orders lab tests, and x-rays for our patients. In order to become an ACHN patient you must meet certain eligibility requirements. These include having no other healthcare insurance and meeting certain income guidelines. For more information please give the clinic a call.
