We had the absolute honor of training the incredible team at Chatham Public Library System on: 📚 “Staying Steady When Things Shift: Resilience Tools for Challenging Times.”

At The Resiliency Solution, we truly love getting to support good people doing good work in the world—and library staff are exactly that. They show up every day as steady, compassionate anchors for their community, often navigating high demand, constant change, and emotional labor with grace.

One of the most meaningful parts of this training? We first met the lead of this group, Christy Bondy, seven years ago in a training with Patrick Jeffs, PhD—and it’s a powerful reminder that resiliency isn’t just built through tools and skills… it’s built through long-term, sustained relationships rooted in trust, respect, and shared mission.
