Medicare in 2026:
👉 Two different conversion factors
👉 A –2.5% “efficiency adjustment”
👉 New add-on codes
👉 Virtual supervision changes
👉 Skin substitute payment overhaul
👉 Telehealth rules… again
👉 RVUs shifting all over the place

My brain:
“Is this a pay increase? A pay cut? A puzzle? A trap??”

Here’s the simple version 👇
📌 QP providers CF → $33.57
📌 Non-QP providers CF → $33.40
📌 Some services will still pay less because of the efficiency adjustment
📌 Telehealth + virtual supervision = more flexible + billable
📌 Primary care + behavioral health get more support
📌 High-cost supplies (like skin substitutes) have new rules/rates

Bottom line:
Payments look higher… but depending on your code mix, RVUs, and site of service, your revenue might go up, down, or sideways. 😅
