She came in asking about her jowls — but this is where the real conversation started.
When someone mentions jowls, I always take a step back and assess the entire face in motion.
Here’s what I noticed:
• The eyes looked tired and slightly heavy
• Age-related structural and volume loss in the cheeks
• A disconnect in the pre-jowl area making the lower face look heavier
Jowls rarely exist on their own.
They’re usually a downstream effect of support loss higher up.
✨ The treatment plan was about restoring balance — not chasing lines:
• Cheek filler to replace age-related volume loss and restore lift
• Chin + pre-jowl filler to reconnect the lower face and soften jowl appearance
• Botox around the eyes to gently open the eyes and soften expression lines (without freezing movement)
What I love about this result:
✔️ Her face looks lighter
✔️ The lower face feels more connected
✔️ Her eyes look more rested
✔️ She still looks completely like herself
This is why I don’t treat “jowls” in isolation.
I treat structure, movement, and harmony.
