Find connection, receive support, and build resilience in a confidential, therapist-led setting.

"Mother, And" is a welcoming space for BIPOC women of all generations to come together in community. Share stories, honor lived experiences, and reflect on how trauma, healing, and resilience are carried through our lineages. Through storytelling and guided conversation, we’ll talk about what we hope to nurture in future generations.

2. OCRCC's Slifkin House is NOW OPEN in Hillsborough!
