FROM HER MOTHER:

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE SCRIPT!

🚨 COMMUNITY ALERT: 72 HOURS MISSING 🚨

15-year-old Malia Macon has now been missing for 72 hours.

She is a medically vulnerable minor with documented behavioral health needs, developmental delays, and a history of trauma and exploitation. Despite this, Raleigh Police Department has declined to issue an Amber Alert or Silver Alert, stating her case “does not meet criteria.”

We strongly disagree. Her safety depends on visibility and community pressure.

How You Can Help RIGHT NOW:

1️⃣ Share Missing Person Posters
Repost widely: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, group chats, sorority/fraternity networks, community pages — everywhere visibility matters.

2️⃣ Share With Your Network
If you work in education, healthcare, journalism, public service, transportation, retail, or hospitality, please share this information. Visibility saves lives.

3️⃣ Call Raleigh Police Department
Community voice matters. You can use this script:

“Hello, my name is (first & last name). I am calling about missing 15-year-old Malia Macon, case number P25065889. I am deeply concerned for her safety and respectfully request that both an Amber Alert and Silver Alert be issued due to her medical and developmental vulnerabilities.”

This is not harassment. Please remain calm, clear, and respectful. Do not argue with officers or staff. Your call is about documenting concern and requesting action.

RPD Phone: 919-996-3335

4️⃣ Keep Eyes Open
Malia may appear fearful, confused, or disoriented. She may be with older individuals or in controlling situations. If spotted, immediately call 911 and provide the case number.

Thank you for showing up for her. Thank you for refusing to let another vulnerable Black girl be overlooked. Your shares, calls, and vigilance are keeping Malia visible and increasing her chances of being found safely. 💜
