Day 1 and part of Day 2 on the ProLon FMD 5 day program. Yesterday I did about 30 minutes of rebounding and took an unexpected walk to gather up my wandering pup but enjoyed the sunset and time in Nature. Doing this program to me, is about resetting, making conscious choices, taking time and slowing down. We all could use a little extra support with mood sometimes and using Lavender internally is an easy, safe and effective way to do just that.
