The regular season brought big bats, competitive matchups, and consistent performances across the league. A huge shoutout to Oscar Rose, our Baseball League MVP, leading the way with an outstanding regular season 👏

As we head forward, it’s great to see the effort, growth, and competitiveness continue across all teams. Looking forward to more strong baseball ahead in the playoffs 💪

Our 5-week pre-season Catchers Clinic is designed to sharpen fundamentals, strengthen mechanics, and prepare catchers for the demands of the position.

👥 Limited to 8 athletes
💵 $150 per athlete

Led by Jace Young and Colin Dorney — decorated catchers with multiple All-Conference, All-Region, Gold Glove, and Defensive Player of the Year honors — this clinic focuses on receiving, blocking, footwork, transfers, throwing mechanics, leadership, and efficient movement behind the plate.

Volleyball season is right around the corner—get your vertical ready. Our 6-week Pre-Season Jump Training program is designed specifically for volleyball athletes looking to jump higher, move faster, and hit harder.

📅 Class Schedule
• Tuesdays – 6:00 PM
• Thursdays – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays – 10:00 AM

🎯 What We’ll Train
Our programming centers around the Vertimax Trainer, with focused work on:
• Explosive power & vertical jump
• Lower-body strength development
• Speed & movement mechanics
• Deceleration & landing technique
• Mobility & injury-resilience

💥 Cost: $20 per athlete per class
👥 Class Size: Limited to 6 athletes per session
🏃‍♀️ First-Come, First-Served Enrollment
