Foundation. $89/month. A fully custom monthly training program built around your goals, schedule, and history. Delivered via TrueCoach. Programs are updated monthly with 48-hour message response. For people who want a custom plan without the ongoing back-and-forth.

Premium. $149/month. The same premium coaching experience we’ve been offering, at a lower price. Everything above, with WEEKLY program updates, form review on submitted videos, real-time adjustments, and same-day messaging. Plus, you’ll have access to a physical therapist to help manage pain, injury, or rehab concerns.

Both are month-to-month. No contracts.

We’re working on something new.

BREAKFALL is a physical therapist-led small group training course designed to assess your falls risk, build your strength and balance, and teach you the skills to stay on your feet and land safely if you need to.

Dry needling is a highly-specialized and highly-skilled intervention that can be profoundly effective for a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, especially painful and sensitive tissues that resist conventional therapy.

We only employ it after a thorough evaluation confirms appropriate need. It is certainly not for everyone and isn’t a cure-all (nothing is!) Shonnese is a 54-year-old attorney who’s worked out for most of her life. But nagging aches and pains kept sidelining her from the activities she loved. What makes our physical therapy services different?

✓ We are a small team with no assistants, aides, or interns. You won’t be handed off between therapists, and you’ll receive undivided attention and full focus from your therapist.

✓ We don’t bill insurance because we don’t want to let it dictate your care. This means you are free from insurance paperwork, delayed pre-authorizations, denied claims, and arbitrary treatment plan restrictions.

A 3-times-weekly group training program designed to improve strength, conditioning, and mobility for combat athletes, or anyone looking to train like one. Offered in person on the mats at .

Wednesday (6:45–7:15 PM): Mobility & Recovery
Friday (6:00–6:30 PM): Athletic Development

This program builds strength, endurance, resilience, mobility, and overall athleticism. Whether you’re stepping into the ring, rolling on the mats, or just seeking a structured, high-intensity training approach, these classes are for you. Our members come from a variety of backgrounds and fitness levels—no experience required. You’ll train in a safe, judgment-free environment where our expert coaches can tailor sessions to your needs.
