We had an incredible day connecting with our community at the Pittsboro Street Fair!

Seeing so many local families was the best part of the day. Thanks to many donations from Chatham County Habitat for Humanity and Chatham PTA Thrift Shop, we were able to give out huge stacks of books to our community's young readers!

At Chatham Pediatrics, we know reading is a pivotal part of healthy brain development. Every book opens a new world, sparking curiosity and fueling the growth that we are so excited to support in your children. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth! Call and set your appointment today! COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective and can help you stay out of the hospital. Flu and COVID vaccines can be given at the same visit. We hope to see you there!

We had a wonderful time Friday night at the Seeds of Wonder Fall Festival! It was a beautiful, fun evening — we gave away books, stickers, and flu shots to anyone interested, and had mostly happy customers!

Dolly Parton has long supported the joy of reading through her Imagination Library, which she founded in 1995 to benefit children in her home county of Sevier County, Tennessee.

What began as a local effort has grown into a global program, inspiring millions of children in countries around the world to discover the magic of books.

Reading opens new worlds for everyone — and Dolly continues to open hearts along the way. Dolly is a legend in so many ways, a true literacy warrior!

In the spirit of Dolly, Chatham Pediatrics will have a booth at the Pittsboro Street Fair supporting the value of reading with children. Stop by and say hello this Friday. Pick up a book while supplies last.
