Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Yurkovich is new to the Chapel Hill area. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After completing his schooling Dr. Yurkovich worked at a family practice in York, Pennsylvania. He then worked at a sports and rehab chiropractic clinic in northern Virginia. Before coming to Chapel Hill, Dr. Yurkovich spent most of the last 6 years working as a chiropractor with the Air Force and Joint Base Andrews outside of Washington, D.C. Dr. Yurkovich has taken numerous electives and continuing education classes dealing with a variety of chiropractic issues and concerns. He has taken courses specific to nutrition, wellness, pregnancy, sports and rehabilitation to name a few. Dr. Yurkovich implements a variety of adjusting techniques that he can use to treat each individual patient based on their specific and unique complaints. He has also been certified in the Webster technique. In his spare time Dr. Yurkovich enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Jacqi and young son Joseph. He also enjoys exercising, playing sports and getting acquainted to the Chapel Hill and triangle area of North Carolina. Dr. Yurkovich welcomes the chance to become your chiropractic provider. STAFF

Angela O'Guin is the Chiropractic Assistant for Chapel Hill Family Chiropractic. She has been a CA for 23 years and she has enjoyed her job greatly. She credits the doctors and patients for making her job a pleasure. She has witnessed over again and again the positive life changes that happen to a chiropractic patient. She has witnessed these changes in all ages from newborns to the elderly. She believes chiropractic is not only a form of pain relief but also an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Angela pretty much does it all in the office. It is her cheerful voice you hear when you call. Chapel Hill Family Chiropractic would not be the great place it is without Angela, we appreciate all that she does.
