Good morning everyone! I had a great question this morning about what I eat before I workout! Here’s my go to protein ball recipe. I use isagenix vanilla tri-release protein powder and a food processor to grind up nuts and dates. Then add real peanut 🥜 butter (no sweeteners or oils). Process until smooth then mix in chocolate chips 🍫 and roll into balls. Roll in sea salt and refrigerate. Enjoy 😋
