After 12 weeks of focused training and commitment, I’m proud to have crossed the finish line of a half marathon once again. Taking on challenges like this is a powerful reminder that consistency, preparation, and showing up for yourself lead to meaningful progress — both physically and mentally.
As we move through De-Stress December, it’s a great reminder that intentional movement, goal-setting, and balance play an important role in managing stress and supporting overall wellness.
