Let your sadness in.
Let your joy in.
Let your fear in.
They all came to tell you something about yourself.
And you’re strong enough to hear it. 🤍

Trauma is something that happened to you.
It is not who you are. Your story didn’t end there — the best chapters begin after untangling the story, feeling what was frozen, and remembering your wholeness underneath it all. 🌙

Episode 02: The Window of Tolerance 🪟

Your nervous system is like the weather—
some days calm, some days storm.
The “window of tolerance” is the clear-sky space
where your brain and body can work together—
where logic and emotion can coexist.

Inside that window, your brain is open for learning.
This is where new neural pathways form—
where healing, growth, and emotional flexibility take root.

But storms are part of the forecast too.
Regulation isn’t about forcing sunshine—
it’s about widening your window over time
and learning to ride the storm
without shame, without panic,
without believing it means you’ve failed.

Every calm moment you create,
every deep breath you take,
every time you choose not to fight the weather—
you’re teaching your brain safety,
and building resilience, one gentle pattern at a time.

Healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported. 💫
I am so grateful for my patients, who trust me to walk alongside them on their journey.

Every story shared reminds me why I do what I do. 💚

Ever feel like you’re running on autopilot? 👀 And then wonder why you got triggered, acted a certain way or felt something?
Jung reminds us that the hidden patterns in our mind shape our choices until we bring them into the light.
Awareness = freedom. 🗝️🌲

✨ Here’s your gentle nudge today: pause, notice, reflect. The trail opens when you see where you’ve been walking unconsciously.

Time to address some more misinformation from a certain non-scientist, non-medical, non-expert. 🫠 I won’t name names… but let’s just say it rhymes with Shmobert SmeF. Shmennedy Shmunior.
🚫🤰💊 Let’s set the record straight:
No medical study has ever proven a causal link between taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) during pregnancy and autism. ❌🧩

Correlation ≠ causation. In fact, decades of research show no scientific evidence that Tylenol causes autism.

✨ Parents deserve facts, not fear. Listen to the actual scientists, medical experts and public health organizations that all agree that acetaminophen is safe during pregnancy. Always talk with your provider about medication in pregnancy—and know that evidence, not rumors, guides safe decisions.
