Catherine received her degree in Mental Health Counseling from UMASS Boston and brings a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach to therapy.

She supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem struggles, major life transitions, and perinatal mental health. Her therapeutic style blends CBT, trauma-informed care, psychoanalytic insight, and strength-based techniques to help you understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful, lasting change.

At her core, Catherine believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and practical—a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming.

We’re thrilled to have her guiding our community.

In 2020, I was working in the Cardiac Cath lab, spending my free time between reading heart rhythms to read Jung and Ram Dass. The call to understand the human mind kept getting louder — the endless mystery of what makes us feel, think, love, and suffer. I realized, slowly but surely, that I was far more captivated by consciousness than cardiology.

I traded stents for stories, EKGs for emotional healing — and found my way to the wild frontier of the beautiful, brilliant, endlessly fascinating human mind.

My career shift was a homecoming. 🌿

This is where new neural pathways form—
where healing, growth, and emotional flexibility take root.

But storms are part of the forecast too.
Regulation isn’t about forcing sunshine—
