Your “bad habits” aren’t bad habits. They’re coping strategies and they weren’t chosen consciously.
They were built on autopilot—designed to get you through what you couldn’t change at the time.

Anxiety, numbing, people-pleasing, dissociation, isolation…
these weren’t failures. They were protection.

Healing isn’t about forcing these parts away.
It’s about helping your nervous system realize you’re older now, safer now, and allowed more choice.

You can both thank the boat that carried you across—
and gently set it down now that you’ve reached shore. 🌊
