You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

Your mind deserves the same care, training, and support as your body.

Introducing the Wylde Collective Mental Fitness Club, beginning March 9th. A new kind of space where emotional strength is built, resilience is practiced, and your nervous system learns that it is safe to soften.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about strengthening you.

Through our Resilience Lab and Reset Sessions, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, move through emotional challenges with greater steadiness, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more sustainable way.

Every class is a licensed, professionally guided group therapy experience designed to strengthen emotional resilience and support your mental well-being. You never have to share unless you want to. Many members benefit simply by listening, reflecting, and being in the presence of others on a similar path. All sessions are fully HIPAA-compliant and held in a secure, confidential space.

Think of it like a gym membership for your mind. Show up once a month, once a week, or as often as you need. Every time, you leave stronger.

Membership options begin at $39/month.
Spots are limited for the founding cohort.

Your mind is allowed to be supported, too.

Ready when you are. 🌲

Your nervous system is always listening. The question is—what are you telling it? 😳

Place one hand on your heart. One on your belly.
This is not symbolic. It’s biological.

You’re sending a signal of safety directly to your brain. 🧠

Now breathe with intention: 💨
Inhale for 4.
Hold for 4.
Exhale slowly for 8.

The long exhale is where the shift happens. It activates your vagus nerve, slows your heart rate, and tells your body: we are not in danger. 😌

You cannot think your way out of survival mode.
But you can breathe your way out.

This is how you come back to yourself.
One breath at a time.

Ready when you are. 🌲

revolutionized psychology 🧠
reminded the world that meaning > circumstances 🔥

If you ever doubt the human capacity to endure and transform…
Might I suggest his works.

Absolute legend.
Certified badass.

Not all emotional dysregulation wants calm.
Sometimes, it wants to scream, thrash, cry, or throw hands (at unsuspecting pillows).

If calming down isn’t working, stop forcing it.
Your nervous system might need movement, noise, mess, release before it can find calm.

Meditation is cool.
So is rage-dancing in your kitchen like a feral woodland creature.

Still regulation. Still healthy. Still Wyldely-approved. 😌🔥

Your body doesn’t calm down because you tell it to.
It calms down because you teach it to.

The ventral vagal system (from Stephen Porges’s Polyvagal Theory) supports connection, regulation, and ease.
Safety is learned through consistent repetition, not force.

Slow exhales. Gentle sound. Soft focus.
Practice safety and your brain will feel safe.

The most sustainable form of activism
starts within.
Heal yourself and let that healing radiate outward 🌊🌿

This is how change lasts.

A gentle reset for your nervous system ✨
Turn your head ~30°, soften your gaze toward the floor, and breathe slow + steady.
This simple combo cues the vagus nerve that you’re safe, here, and allowed to exhale.
No fixing. No forcing. Just signaling calm to your body.
Save this for later 🤍

Sometimes the most regulating thought is this:
You are not broken machinery.
You are not a problem to solve.

You are consciousness having a human experience.
A soul learning through skin, breath, love, loss, and longing.

Be gentle with the body carrying you through it all. ✨🤍

Hot take from science 🔥🧪
Depression and anxiety aren’t caused by “not trying hard enough.”

Medication isn’t a failure of willpower.
It’s a collaboration with your biology. 🧠🤝
SSRIs work by increasing serotonin availability in the brain, which can improve mood stability, reduce anxiety, and support emotional regulation over time.

Self-care is great.
So is serotonin. ✨🧪.

Box breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system, 🧠
aka the “you’re safe” signal from your body to your brain.
No supplements. No equipment.
Just breath, on purpose. 🌬️

Try 4–4–4–4 and notice what shifts. 🍃

Closing this year out softly… with snacks, silence and celebrating the year’s most beautiful moments.🌙
Letting the lessons settle.
Letting the body catch up.
Letting enough be enough. 🕯️🌾
