The Practice of: K. Gosai, MD & A.J. Gandhi, MD Southwest Medical Center was established in 1988 in the town of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, by Dr. Kamlesh Gosai.

Just a few years later Dr. Anant Gandhi joined Dr. Gosai with the shared mission of providing world-class healthcare to the Mon Valley Community. From its humble beginnings, the practice was built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a deep commitment to their patients. Over the past 37 years Dr. Gosai, Dr. Gandhi and CEO, Lori Spina have created a unique practice where patients receive exceptional healthcare in an environment that emphasizes compassion and care. At Southwest Medical Center, it is not uncommon for patients to be greeted with a warm hug rather than a handshake. Through their exceptional service and deep-rooted values, they established a specialized practice that prioritizes both excellence in medicine and the personal touch that makes patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. Over the years, Southwest Medical Center has expanded its offerings to better serve the rural communities of southwestern Pennsylvania. Today, the medical center operates from two locations—Bentleyville and Charleroi—and is staffed by a team of two physicians and three physician assistants. This multi-provider team ensures that patients have the flexibility to choose a provider who best suits their healthcare needs. Southwest Medical Center continues to offer a range of patient-focused services designed to support their health and make their health care convenient. In-office ultrasound services are available for timely and accurate diagnostics. We also offer in office lab work, EKG, and upper respiratory panel tests giving you an “all in one” experience. To better serve patients we provide same-day appointments, extended weekday and Saturday hours, and a 24/7 answering service to ensure care is always accessible.

Our Veterans Wall continues to grow! 🇺🇸
Today we’ve added even more incredible photos to our Veterans displays. Stop by our Bentleyville Office and the Charleroi Medical Center hallway to see the newest additions and honor the heroes who have served our country with courage and pride.

Our digital sign is also featuring a rotation of veterans — be sure to take a look and check back often as we continue to recognize all those who submitted photos throughout the week.

Today we begin honoring our veterans! Please stop by our Bentleyville Office, the Charleroi Medical Center hallway, and check out our digital sign to see some of the incredible veterans being recognized this week.

We are so proud to honor each and every one of them for their service and sacrifice. Due to the large number of veterans we’re celebrating, we’re able to feature only 30 at a time on our digital sign — so be sure to stop back in a few days to see more!

Our in-office displays will continue to be updated as we receive the final photos, and we expect all to be hung by Friday.
