I hope everyone has had an enjoyable summer! I am so glad I was able to soak up some sunshine and make memories with my little guy. As summer is coming to a close, I am so excited to start accepting clients again. I would love to work with you and help you get on track for achieving those goals. As I’m gearing up to accept new clients this fall, I would love to know what kind of events/workshops you would want me to offer!

Here are a few of my ideas. Let me know which one you might be interested in!

-Aromatherapy/Essential Oils 101
-How to Set and Reach Your Goals (this would be a 2 part class)
-Beginner Meditation
-Couples Coaching program (I am thinking this will be an 8 week program where we would discuss different sore spots in relationships and how to work through them)
-Weekly Open Coaching Hour

These events would be over zoom and would range in price from $10-25 per person depending on topic and materials needed. Please let me know in the comments if you had any ideas of your own as well!

I am so thankful for all the members of this community, friends, and family members for supporting my business! For those of you that know me, you know that I have an energetic and adventurous toddler who loves the outdoors and to explore. If you are a parent, you know how quickly the time passes and I want to soak up as much summer sunshine with my little guy as I can. For that reason, I have decided to not accept new clients until the Fall so that I can make sure that I am helping those who need it while balancing family time. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to be added to our waitlist for the fall and I will be happy to get started with you then! I hope everyone has a great Summer!
