Damien “Deuce” Kinloch has always been known for his talent on the basketball court, earning All-State honors and establishing himself as one of the top players in the area. Unfortunately, his senior season was cut short after suffering an ACL injury.

But what truly defines Deuce isn’t just how he plays the game — it’s who he is when he can’t.
Instead of stepping away, Deuce stayed fully committed to his team and the sport he loves. From the bench, he continued to mentor and support his teammates every step of the way. Also impressively, he dedicated his time to coaching a 6th-grade developmental basketball team, investing in a group of young players who look up to him as both a role model and leader.

His commitment to his community, his recovery, and the game of basketball is truly admirable. Deuce brings positivity everywhere he goes and is simply a joy to be around.

We are proud to share that he has committed to continue his basketball career at the next level at Davidson–Davie Junior College.

Deuce, we wish you nothing but success in this next chapter. Just remember — your community and your therapsists will always be cheering you on.

Sarah has served as an outstanding mentor, modeling strong leadership skills, professionalism, and collaboration resulting in elevated patient care and team performance. Sarah has truly inspired and fostered growth and confidence in her fellow colleagues and student observers. She deserves to be recognized for all that she brought to the N. Chas clinic and all that she will exude as she continues to flourish with the Mt. Pleasant team. We certainly miss her!

Serena has been the definition of a team player. No matter how busy she is, she always helps out her fellow therapists. As a new grad, she is able to handle the stress of a busy PT clinic very well, while maintaining professionalism and high-quality care to her patients. I can always count on Serena to help when necessary. Keep up the good work homie!

Emily stepped up significantly while I was out acting as the interim CD. She made sure everything continued to run smoothly at the Summerville Clinic, and I am incredibly grateful. Here are a few extras she did while I was out: ran monthly meetings, point person for any clinical questions/concerns, ensured items were stocked in the clinic, and ensured equipment was inspected.
