I get asked a lot, Why would someone bring their child in for care, they don’t have low back pain do they? 🧐
The answer is, little things add up.
During birth and early childhood, the body goes through a lot.
It could be a traumatic delivery, little falls while learning to walk, bumps from sports, or looking straight down at a screen for hours at a time.
Those moments can create areas in the spine that don’t move the way they should.
When that happens, it can send more stress signals up to the brain.
Over time, that can make it harder for a child’s body to relax, focus, and regulate the way it’s supposed to.
Signs to look for are:
Constant outbursts.
Trouble sitting still.
Anxiety/obsessive thoughts.
Poor sleep.
Your kid may have even been labeled as “bad” or “difficult.”
But sometimes it’s not behavior, it’s an overwhelmed nervous system.
