Third years Jeff and Christine are doing big things for our little patients! They recently presented at the MUSC Neonatal Pharmacology conference hosted by our wonderful NNP group with professionals attending from all over the country. We are so proud of our amazing fellows!

We had an amazing weekend focused on POCUS! Providers from CHOP joined us to teach point-of-care ultrasound skills and share how this tool can enhance bedside care. We’re so grateful for this collaborative relationship and hope to welcome them back soon!

Did you know our program has a formal POCUS curriculum and credentialed attendings? Don’t forget to “probe” us about how we use ultrasound in the unit during your interview day!

Teaching our wonderful pediatric residents to be NRP MVPs! 👶🏻🫀🫁

Jeff and Tammy (3rd year fellows) teamed up with Dr. Osborne (NICU attending) to teach NRP skills to the pediatric residency program!

Our fellows play a huge role in resident education and we have plenty of opportunities to do so!

After 1,095 days in the NICU, Alex, Cliff, and Jerica are officially NICU grads! We're going to miss them so much, but can't wait to see the amazing things they'll do as ✨attending neonatologists✨.

Beach vibes only 🌺 ☀️ 🌊

Our 3 2nd year fellows and 3 awesome attendings traveled all the way to Honolulu, Oahu in Hawaii for an incredibly educational and FUN conference.

All 3 fellows presented posters and our attendings were senior authors and several others!

We were joined by our favorite PHM Fellows from and our favorite Peds Nephro Fellow!

This week, our second year fellow Tammy took her presentation skills to new heights at an ECMO conference hosted by Children’s National in the mountains of Keystone, Colorado.

She had a great time on the slopes and an even better time networking with the ECMO experts!

We had a GREAT time at the Southern Regional Meeting in New Orleans! Our fellowship program represented with 3 oral presentations and 1 poster presentation (not to mention our wonderful attendings, nurse practitioner, and medical students who also presented their research)!

We have the opportunity to practice our presentations at research conferences making it easy to present in The Big Easy! ⚜️🎺🎭🎷

Stay tuned as conference season gets into full swing to see where else our fellows are headed!
