Participate in a Study to Help Researchers Learn More About Postpartum Substance Use

A research study at the Medical University of South Carolina is being conducted to learn more about opinions on postpartum substance use and potential substance use resources among postpartum women who have experienced traumatic events. Participation will involve completing a brief phone screening and an online study visit composed of a 30-minute survey and a 60-minute face-to-face interview.

You may be eligible to participate if you:
• have recently given birth
• are currently using substances other than alcohol
• have experienced a traumatic or highly stressful event

Participants will receive a $75 gift card for completing the study visit.

For more information about the study, contact our study team at (843) 284-7995.
