GIRLS GONE BUFF Summer Camp:

When: June 1st- June 5th, 12pm-4pm (yes we are extending from three hours to four hours each day. We are so excited!)

Where: IBX Performance Training, 5660 Rivers Avenue, Suite B, North Charleston, SC, 29406

What: We will have a daily strength/weightlifting session, a conditioning session, and a snack break with interactive activities and discussions surrounding body image, confidence, nutrition, anatomy, and mental health.

Price: $400

A huge reason why people step into IBX (and any gym) is to help improve their mental health. While we all love getting faster and stronger, fitness is always about more than fitness. We’re in it to become healthier, happier and more confident humans.
