Today we’re celebrating Nicole, our Executive Director, Co-Founder, and one of the original hearts behind Bright Spot. If you’ve ever met her, you know this entire program carries her fingerprints, her vision, her grit, and her unwavering belief in what recovery can build.

Nicole’s leadership has shaped Bright Spot from day one. Her mix of strength, compassion, and roll-up-your-sleeves dedication has created a home where women don’t just stay sober, they rediscover themselves. Her impact on this community? Absolutely unmatched.

Recovery Time: 5 Years

Fun Fact: Nicole has officially entered her Bob the Builder era. She’s owned her house for five minutes and has already painted everything that doesn’t move… and a few things that do. 🎨😅
