Neck, pain and vestibular migraine are very very connected

Many many people will say they feel like they’re dizziness is coming from their neck, but in reality, it’s often a chicken or the egg situation!

One of the most common symptoms that we see our brain zaps. I get questions about them almost every single day.

everyone is different, yes, and the symptoms of experience are different. But brains seem to be pretty universal.

Typically, we find they are a prodrome (see day P!!) symptom! This mean that when you feel it, it’s time to treat the attack!

Do you get brain zaps? Everyone describes them differently, but something like a cattleprod or lightning bolt to the brain!

Yawning is a Prodrome symptom many people aren’t aware of, but do have!

There are sooooo many different reasons to yawn, and an incoming migraine attack is one of them.

This is why in VGFit we talk about tracking short term for long term success. By knowing what your prodrome is (yawning or otherwise) you can properly assess and treat your attack so it doesn’t become bigger than it needs to be!
