🌚 Thursday Night Update
There will be no Thursday evening class at the studio, as I’ll be offering a FREE New Moon Yoga class at the Tarble Arts Center that night from 5-6 pm
All are welcome. Come soak in that new moon energy with me ✨

🌀 Saturday Pop-Up!
We’ve added a Hot Feel Good Flow this Saturday morning. An uplifting way to move, breathe, and reset before the weekend unfolds.

Sunday at 1:00 PM is our Sacred Solstice Reset: A Sound Journey w/ Raven- a deep, intentional closing of the season and a return to stillness.
