⚠️ Weather Advisory Notice ⚠️

Due to the possibility of winter weather tomorrow, our MAT facilities are closely monitoring conditions that could impact normal office operations. The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.

If weather-related closures become necessary, patients can expect the provider and office manager to contact them to arrange telehealth visits to ensure all treatment and medication needs are addressed without interruption. Please Stay tuned for updates.

After being closed for the past two days due to weather and snow, Mountain State Recovery Center is grateful to announce that our doors are once again open and we are ready to help with your recovery needs.

We thank God for His protection over our patients and staff during the storm, and we remain committed to serving you with compassion, dignity, and faith. ❄️ Weather Closure Notice – Monday, January 26❄️

Due to the winter storm and dangerous ice accumulation, and roadways becoming hazardous, Our facility will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26, for the safety of our patients and staff.

All patients who are scheduled for an appointment should expect a phone call from the office manager and our provider. A telehealth appointment will be conducted to ensure all medical needs and prescriptions are fully taken care of.

⚠️ Weather Closure Notice – Saturday, January 24 ⚠️

Due to the winter storm and for the safety of our patients and staff, our clinic will be closed on Saturday, January 24.

All patients who are scheduled for Saturday can expect a call from their provider to arrange a telehealth appointment, so that prescriptions and all treatment needs can still be addressed without interruption.

Our staff will begin calling all patients today who are scheduled for tomorrow to notify them of the closure and provide further instructions.

Your safety and continuity of care are our top priorities. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe during the storm.
