Halloween is all about spooky fun, but don’t let eye injuries or infections be part of the scare! As you get ready for Trick or Treat or costume parties, keep these eye safety tips in mind:

🕸️ Skip decorative contact lenses from costume shops or online sellers unless prescribed by an eye care professional. They can cause serious infections or damage to the vision.
💄 Choose hypoallergenic makeup and keep it away from your eyes. Remove it completely before bed to prevent irritation.
⚡ Be mindful of masks and props and make sure they don’t block your vision or have sharp edges.
💡 Use reflective tape or carry a flashlight so you can see and be seen while trick or treating.
