Advanced Care Foot and Ankle: Kenneth Donovan, DPM Welcome to the practice of podiatrist Dr. Kenneth J. Donovan, DPM, owner of Advanced Care Foot and Ankle. Dr. Donovan welcomes the 21st Century to his office.

With office located on James Island, in Charleston, SC, our podiatric practice focuses on a variety of foot and ankle conditions. When it comes to solving your foot and ankle issues, you want to see a foot specialist that exclusively takes care of your problem. A surgically trained, American Board Certified foot and ankle doctor such as Dr. Ken Donovan is specifically trained with four years of schooling plus three years of surgical training entirely on the foot and ankle. At his primary office in Charleston, SC, Dr. Kenneth Donovan is passionate about using the most recent advancements in podiatric care, especially when it comes to wound treatment, diabetic complications and prevention, and non-surgical therapies for a myriad of foot and ankle problems. He is also a strong advocate of patient education, and ensures no patient ever leaves feeling confused or overwhelmed by their visit. He uses state of the art procedures such as EPAT, PRP Injections, and Keryflex for his patients. Also, Dr. Donovan utilizes 21st Century communication in order remain in contact with his patients, providing multiple ways to reach the doctor or staff. There is text messaging to which the office and doctor regularly respond. Appointments made online are confirmed within hours. Appointment reminders can be sent via email and text.
