This 4-4-7-4 breathwork pattern is designed to reduce anxiety and restore presence while you move:
🚶‍♂️ Inhale for 4 seconds
🌿 Hold for 4 seconds
🌬️ Exhale for 7 seconds
🫁 Hold for 4 seconds

Sync your steps with your breath. Feel your rhythm slow. Let each exhale release tension and bring you back to balance.

This is mindfulness in motion — simple, natural, and always with you.
