Johnna has been practicing Yoga since 2001 and Pilates since 2005 — and teaching both for nearly two decades. A 200-hour E-RYT in the Kripalu tradition and PMA Certified Pilates Instructor, she believes Yoga and Pilates are the Yin and Yang of mindful movement.

Her classes blend strength, balance, and breath through Vinyasa Flow on Mondays at 8:15 a.m. and Yogalates on Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:15 a.m.

✨ Meet Elizabeth ✨

Elizabeth first found yoga in her twenties but had to step away due to spine issues. A decade later—dealing with back pain, tight hips, and chronic stress—she returned to her practice and found deep healing. That experience inspired her to complete over 500 hours of training in Ashaya and Lifespring Yoga methods, focusing on alignment, mindful movement, and flow.

Now a 500 RYT, Elizabeth teaches Sunrise Yoga on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. and Slow Flow on Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. Her classes invite curiosity, compassion, and balance—helping students discover their own path to healing and growth. 🌿
